Education for Life

Governance

Our school is owned and operated by the Cambridge Christian School Society.

Our Society is made up of members that consist of school parents, former parents, grandparents, and other dedicated people who are committed to promoting Christian Education and want to see our school grow.

The CCS Society firmly believes in the importance of the role of family in the education of our children. We strongly encourage all our new families to consider joining the Society. As a member, you are eligible to vote at membership meetings, serve on committees and on the Board of Directors. In addition, we keep you informed through regular communication including direct mail, newsletters and email updates. To become a member, complete the Society Membership Application form found below and send it along with your membership fee to the CCS office.

The Cambridge Christian School Society is operated by an elected Board of Directors from within its membership. Board members are elected to a term of three years. The executive positions within the Board are elected from among the Directors. The School Principal/COO attends all Board meetings as an advisor to the Board. Our Governance structure and Bylaws can be seen in the PDF files below.

For me, Cambridge Christian School has been an extremely positive experience and has helped me to grow in many ways. From as young as I can remember I was memorizing Bible verses, studying God's Word, and learning and thinking about a Christian perspective in every subject. We were challenged to apply what we learned from scripture to our everyday lives. I learned that God is everywhere from Ancient Greece, to geographic landmarks, from government to science, to mathematics, music, and physical education. I am thankful for committed, godly teachers who encouraged me and loved me, allowing me to grow in my relationship with Christ.
